Permission Granted

On my last trip to Stavager Torunn Larsen (Rogaland Kunstsenter) and I met with the man who is in charge of all the bridges in the region. He gave us permission to use the bridge as well as the locked space beneath it on the city side of the water. We now just have to develop the details of the proposal and sort out the budget. The current plan is to use wind turbines and pv panels on top of the bridge to create light and sound beneath. The aim is to make what is a quite hostile passing place a more engaging space with the possibility for more human interaction.
