A dark place

Currently the lighting underneath the bridge is poor and this adds to the feeling of neglect. One of the conditions of using the structure and installing lighting is that I am not allowed to damage the surface of the bridge whilst fixing lights, cable or machinery. I plan to get around this by using the small holes in the surface of the concrete which are remnants from the casting process of the bridge.
